While the large companies (the Fortune 500) receive most of the press, it is these
small to medium size companies that do the heavy lifting, who is making a difference
one nut, one bolt, one product at a time. Business Finance Corporation has been
pleased to focus its services and efforts on that vital sector since its founding
in 1995. This is the market that we know better that anyone else.
From its work with the obscure company that built the rail facility at the Boeing
747 plant in Everett Washington, to the well-established business that provided
the glass for the Luxor pyramid in Las Vegas, Business Finance Corporation and
its team have earned a well-deserved reputation for excellence and results. The
Company’s fingerprints can be found on companies whose products are sold
in some of the largest retailers in the world, on warm-ups worn by the US Olympic
basketball team, in missiles used to defend our country, in ocean going cargo
ships……and the list goes on and on.
An established, mid-sized plumbing contractor facing certain bankruptcy as a result
of hundreds of thousands of dollars of supplier and IRS debt, turned around and
restored to financial health by implementing an aggressive, unique voluntary debt
restructuring strategy wherein suppliers ultimately paid-off the contractor’s
debts. A major Boeing aircraft components subcontractor, hit by a downturn in
the commercial aircraft market and facing bank foreclosure of its operations,
salvaged by implementing a strategy which combined the sales of certain non-performing
inventory and assets, voluntary restructuring of debt and streamlining manufacturing
processes for efficiency. A mid-sized industrial parts supplier, facing certain
closure due to debilitating conflicts among its owners and severe cash flow shortages,
given life through implementing conflict resolution, cash and accounts receivable,
and operational efficiency strategies. These examples represent a fraction of
